Venetian cuisine

Our kitchen, daughter of the Venetian tradition for decades, offers intense genuine flavors. The fish dishes are the masters in the menu for the whole year together, in winter, from wildlife marsh.

Our vegetables

The vegetables grown by us, complement all our dishes. In the summer, the famous “artichokes” (small and cute local artichokes), tomatoes, lettuce and green beans. During winter cauliflower, cabbage and potatoes.
